For delegates promising to pay after June 15th, online or onsite:

Although the payment can be made after June 15th or onsite, a manual registration must be done (by signing a registration form and email it to Joanne at iccmdesk@gmail.com) before June 30th 2014 with a promise to pay later but before July 29th 2014, so that the presentation of the paper can be scheduled. This is to eliminate no-show presentations. The system will not schedule any presentation for un-registered presenters. The conference will bill the registered no-show presenters after the conference.
